I worked with a guy like this sadist. He was in his 20's and was about 6'5" tall. He told me that he wanted to be a cop. And at another time he told me about ejecting a rowdy drunk from a club where he was a bouncer. He said he had the guy outside and under control when he decided to put one more move on the guy. He said when he did, he knew he had injured the drunk and said he "enjoyed" doing it. It raises the question as it how many like this are carrying badges and guns? I do hope my former co-worker isn't carrying a badge and a gun.

IN MY OPINION THE… Settlement(s) shouldn't have any type of nondisclosure/gag order contingent with it. It's the people's tax money used in the negotiation and the people have the right to know how it was spent.

So, I would see no purpose what’s so ever to put you on probation… I see the loss of your career as a very severe punishment that’s already happened to you.”
Starr did order Schneider to pay fines and fees totaling $115.
“And that’s going to be my sentence. I think it’s time for everybody to move on,” Starr said.
The FBI has to tell agencies to do the right thing.

Why police officers get away with this for so long, is very clear that many cops are corrupt, bullies, abused their power and the worst they get away with that this is one of a few case were this guy finally got justice the problem is for how long it took. Hopefully the officers got involved go the jail.

For those that want to know what happened. They gave him a plea deal dropping three felony assault charges down to a misdemeanor disturbing the peace. He didnt even get probation. The judge said losing his career was punishment enough, even though he was medically retired. $150 fine for assaulting a innocent man in front of his kids and tasering his bare genitals. No Justice No peace.
