In my experience with Ohio I had more luck filing mandamus in Ohio Supreme Court not the district court of appeals.
I would hire an attorney to at least handle your continuance’s and your discovery, they are going to deny you as much as they can a fair trial as long as you represent yourself, cause it’s the way most of Ohio courts play. I also seen where they played with the court dates on case CRB2200211B. I filed complaints with the Ohio disciplinary counsel when they were screwing me, judge was disbarred indefinitely.

"bobby law"(sp?) mentioned the writ of mandamus. i once heard someone say that it is an extremely effective legal tool; i personally have no idea of it's effectiveness, but have long wondered. my basic understanding of this writ is that it compels the subject to perform specified duties or obligations that they have bound themselves to by reason of their office/position.
Trevon Frazier was in Ironton Jail in 2020 and called out for help for fear they were going to kill him there.
