66 year-old John Hardwick is a dementia patient who loves to shop with his wife at the Walmart in Danville, Kentucky. As they were shopping, he became separated from his wife. He ended up being harassed by employees of Walmart, who then asked their cop buddies to join the harassment. Several officers with the Danville Police Department then violently arrested John. Surveillance footage captured one of the officers punching Mr. Hardwick 6 times. Sadly, they subsequently continued to prosecute him. Fortunately, his wife hired a great lawyer, and he blew the coverup wide open.

  2. Watching these videos infuriates many of us immensely. This abuse of power must and will stop immediately. The so called "Blue Lives Matter" support does not apply to ALL L.O.E across the board. It only applies to those L.O.E. that are excellent, uphold their Constitutional Oath and respect Citizens. Otherwise, they should be prosecuted for violating our rights.

  3. Personally, I would not ever leave someone that 'demented' (As you call it) alone.
Women who think someone with 'Dementia' can be left alone need to learn something from this, – Because a Social Worker would recommend that the wife be arrested for being reckless by leaving him unsupervised.
People are learning what this country is all about these days.
This country is an open-air POLICE STATE.
    Haven't you noticed !

  4. This refuse to sell to people just because you deam it so bullshit that Walmart pulls really needs to stop I've even had Walmart lie to me and tell me it was to late to sell alcohol to me but i went right down the street and told them what Walmart did and they sold to me because it wasn't 1:30 am yet

  5. Notice how when the Walmart employee told the officer that he had a shoplifter, the officer immediately said wonderful. Why is that? Because he already senses the opportunity to rough somebody up.

  6. They apologized to Wal-mart for hitting the register. They didn't apologize to the man they assaulted and kidnapped. I know there's no way the prosecutor will lose a civil suit, but hopefully the Kentucky bar association will take a look at this.
Her job is to represent justice, not the state.

  7. I remember when you could fight back then they made it a felony to hit a cop. Back then most of the time a cop came on you one on one, and if you did get arrested they usually didn't even cuff you. Of course back then most cops could scrap pretty good. Now most are weak beta's and are scared of everyone, that's why it takes 4 of them to beat up an old man.

  8. At 24.00 what was redacted? Sounds like he says "cuz we de" then gets muted. Does he say "cuz we delivered an ass whooping"? Beating his chest that 3 cowards beat up an old man. Zero cool points. That doesnt make them tough. Far from brave or heroic.

  9. Walmart destroyed the small business owners everywhere then raised their prices to the point they can afford to pay their district managers $600k a year while most people who shop there struggle to buy groceries.
YouTube videos show numerous cases where Walmart is sued successfully for false arrest. Very sad commentary for a once great shopping experience when Sam Walton ran the company!

  10. My grandfather had dementia for most of my life until he died. Thank God when he went missing and the cops had to find him and he was incoherent and had an insane story They didn't just beat him like a bunch of thugs. This hits home for me. I'm only 2 minutes in and I'm already livid.
