  1. It wasn't misbehavior she was simply frustrated from tyranny, brother i like what you do but the words within English should be used carefully and correctly. She has done nothing wrong from the beginning to the end. Misbehave, naw more like that burger flipping bitch and those scumbags thugz are misbehaving, proper protocols wasn't practice as usual.

  2. CASE closed now: Info today from WHIO news Sept 29.2023
Judge issues sentence for ex-Butler Twp. sergeant convicted of McDonald’s assault
A now-retired Butler Township sergeant has learned his sentence following a conviction earlier this month.

Friday, former sergeant Todd Stanley was sentenced to two years of probation and 60 days of electronic home monitoring.

  3. First thing the cop does is block her from peacefuly leaving the premises . Then he esculates the situation by demanding her to ID herself . She said she was leaving and not coming back . That should have been enough for that piss poor cop . But , as usual the cops think the public should bow and submit to the presumed authority .

  4. Long ago I was called to a mall over a group of teens sitting on a fountain wall. I know, right? 🙄
I approached them and told them, "Please don't sit on the wall. The manager is having a hissy fit over it, and I don't want you getting in trouble over something stupid."
They said, "Yes ma'am," and got off the wall. As they left, one of them turned and said, "Officer, you are so cool. If you ever need any help, we got your back." I smiled, and thanked him. No more issues, no problems, no IDs, no threats. What was developed in that encounter was a bond of friendship, and respect between human beings.
They always greeted me after that, and they never sat on that wall again, lol.
Respecting people has always been my practice when I wore a uniform, and still is as a tribal investigator.
Blessings to all who read this, and also to those who don't.

  5. So…
A lady pays for extra cheese, and McDonald's thinks they need to call the police for refusing to give a customer what they paid for???
    McDonald's!
The manager should be sooo fired!!!!!
The franchise owner should be soooo sued!!!!!
That incompetent idiot cop should be soooo decertified!!!!!
That lady should file a lawsuit soooo big!!!!

  6. Under English law trespass is a civil matter. Criminal trespass is a rare, but it does exist. You haven't committed the offence of trespass until you refuse to leave. There was one example of a farmer who picked up a trespasser's car after being assaulted an dumped it off his property. He was found not guilty of criminal damage.

  7. She was already leaving. Why don't the cops want to enforce the law? A violent use of physical force over Cheeseburger. Does this really make any sense? The cop is breaking the law. He made the police force and the city look bad. He is dumber than a bag of hammers!

  8. I have zero issue with her supposed attitude. I see they charged her with resisting arrest (for what crime?) and refusing to ID (again… what crime?)
Its getting really tiresome with all the demands and charges based on crimes that… are not charged and in most cases dont exist and never did. Ridiculous.

  9. ( police officer )
Let me think now, should I let her go? Well then if I let her go, she's going to feel like she won.
    ( cops ego )
    You're under arrest

  10. i think you are a highly intelligent individual who i learn a lot about the law and our rights from. thank you for doing what you do and you are so right the officer has no common sense that’s why he’s an officer

  11. Dumb situation, I am so so glad I didn't become a police officer, I couldn't just be a paid tyrant and work against people's constitutional rights for revenue and spite.
