  1. Surely the knuckle duster should be protected by the 2nd amendment.

    It uses the term "arms" and not "firearms".
    Arms includes non-projectile based weapons like swords.

    It also does not restrict in any way how those arms should be carried.

    It does not say "the right to bare arms that are openly carried shall not be infringed".

    I would further argue that due to the lack of reasonable suspicion of a traffic offence that the stop was unlawful to begin with.

  2. Worked on a mil base and gas pumps next to the bays I work in, when mil police gassed up id play the song 😂 on the karaoke machine that was left behind so tech we started using it to listen to music

  3. This cop reminded me of Chris Farley's "living in a van down by the river" skit… all that was missing was the cop twisting side-to-side trying to pull his pants back up. This is no slight to Chris, but it's definitely an insult to this butt-hurt cop.
