News flash everybody the tri-fold is completely useless not even worth the paper it's written on. It has never gotten anybody out of a ticket no officer has ever gotten in trouble or lost their qualified immunity or anything because they used Chili's trifold. Stop making this con man Rich by buying his useless piece of paper. He's just giving you bad advice and you sheep are following it it's pitiful
I think that they should have to tell you why you're being/been pulled over first and you should be able to contest it right then and there instead of having to go and fight it in court. I thought that they had to tell you the reason for the stop first but I guess that isn't the case unless they changed the law or policies at some point.
