It’s not wise to talk to a cop like that even if you feel like you are in the right. Sure, you have your rights. However, when it comes down to it, you might end up with that one officer who is ego driven, and who is looking for someone to take their issues out on. It’s also a lot easier to fight a charge when you aren’t insulting the officer.
