If you're ever pulled over for DUI, do not consent to any test. If they want to test your breath tell them to take you to the police station, where they have a GC breathalyzer.

These types of arrests are revenue generators. They get money from impound, and they get money from court costs (removal of arrest record, which usually takes 3 to 4 attempts to remove). It's a joke is what it is. I don't call it a justice system. Justice system implies that justice is served. Justice is almost never served in this country. It's a judicial system, where you can be reigned in by communist thugs and adjudicated without ever having done anything wrong.

Anyone else notice the WRONG part In the witness statement by the truck driver? The guy in red car DIDNT go around anyone. He just went forward and he may have been mistaken on the light changing..
