man i have poor circulation COPD 8 stents in my hear a 3 way heart bypass and 2 strokes and a dodgy valve in my heart still. Drink about 10 to 12 cans of lager a day and could still do a better job of the tests this guy failed and i don't drive either but i used to drive dumper trucks, forklift trucks, tractors and trailers and a bunch of other heavy equipment

A friend of mine was here visiting his home town from another state. He got a DUI and it was reduced to wreckless driving, but not till after he had to pay over 8 grand for fines and lawyers fees.
Roy Peters also stalks females, trying to intimidate them in public, harasses hard working tax paying citizens, and I've seen him slam a female up against my car while cuffing her because she had a $200 traffic warrant for a non moving violation. He's a crooked pos, for sure.
Nothing more gradifying than watching a cop crying because he broke the laws that he swore to uphold .

What it sounds like is the cop got a diversion. He pleads guilty to the case, they drop it to reckless driving with an agreement that you will have no moving vehicle violations within 365 days of the diversion. If you don’t everything is dropped, if you do all hell breaks loose. Also get a court issued temporary drivers license that they can revoke at any time. It’s actually pretty common – I had to go through it myself but I was under the impression that it’s only on a .14 or .15 and less. So maybe a little rule bending was done here but honestly, it sounds like he just had a really good and competent lawyer like anyone in his situation would have. Now dropping all the other charges, that definitely sounds like a cop favor.
