We have to stop arresting people for no crimes! There has to be a victim to have a crime. The State cannot be a victim. This is getting out of control. These road pirates are motivated by numbers, and money. Meanwhile, real criminals are out there breaking into houses, cars, stores, and the police are too busy staged up on a highway looking for driving infractions. Or, even worse, administrative infractions, like exp. registration or expired inspection stickers. That's not about public safety. That's a numbers game. #MoneyCop
