The judge absolutely already had her mind made up that she was going to find him guilty before she even started court that day! But you can see it in the video right before she was to sentence him when he was nodding his head up and down and he gave her the thumbs up is when she got very angry she did not like that at all! That's when I believe she doubled his sentence! She went against her own district attorneys recommended sentence and gave him 180 days to serve in jail not 90 days probation like the district attorney had suggested! You do not see judges go against what there own district attorneys recommend very often! This judge had hate for this man It was very easy for everyone to see! This man should be picking up trash along the highway not sitting in a jail for half a year! This judge should not be allowed in a courtroom ever again!!!!!😢

Most of jail.is.people withdrawling..and they dnt care about humanity..I knkw its punishment but its nit jst violent offenders like the public thinks..after I got cripple from a injury and on medications I dnt realy go out much in fear ill go to jail because I know the hell that it is and I may not make it through ..I pray for him and all who's in there 🙏 also yes they yell and scream all hours of the day and night..a literal nuthouse would be more quiet

Imagine being 50 years old and thinking you're famous and you can tell jail guards who you are like they know or even care. Pretty simple rule here: if you want to stay out of jail, don't go around thinking shoving a camera into cops faces when they are dealing with an investigation claiming you're "press" and "auditing" police when in fact you're harassing them. Chilli is in a place now that he never expected because he has never thought his disrespect has ever landed him in much trouble until now. Learn your lesson and just get out and leave social media alone, go and do a normal job

Maybe someone in here can give feedback. Is it not true that all city, county, and state corrections facilities everywhere in this nation get some sort of funding from the federal government? Then wouldn't anything and everything in all facilities be bound to the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Does this mean that all people in said facilities are bound to the same defining documents that sculpted this country that are adorned to all who reside within?
