Bail conditions are solely to ensure the defendant shows up for trial. Imposing a condition of periodic drug testing for a defendant who is not on trial for a drug offense is simply abuse: it's meant to inconvenience the defendant, and give the court a possible means of incarceration. That judge is corrupt.

Our public servants no longer serve the public. They will sell us to the lowest bidder, I mean largest lobbier, and strip each and every one of us of our rights and individual freedoms. Can't have faith the system will correct itself, it's already too far gone. Those in power want complete immunity, not incase they do something wrong or stupid, but so that they can do whatever they want. How long before they want more and want power that seals them in a seat of power that can never be removed? We're not very far from living in an authoritarian dictatorship.

I'm not sure about this one. In the first encounter, was the City Hall closed or was it open? If it's after hours, then the auditor wouldn't have a right to still be inside filming.
All the following encounters seem a bit egregious, like he was just being a smart-ass for the sake of smart-assery. Which as we all know is technically legal, but one should expect public officials to devote as little time and energy to them as possible.
Sure would like to see a video of a first amendment auditor who is not an asshole.

If you walk into any public office that could possibly in any way provide a public service and the name plate on the desk reads simply " NOPE." You have learned on you need to know about the city as a whole. Especially if its the mayor's office.
