You have a right to protest.
The most significant limit on your right to protest is in the language of the First Amendment, which prohibits government interference with the right to assemble “peaceably.” The U.S. Supreme Court long ago recognized the government’s right to stop demonstrations that present a “clear and present danger” of violence or another “immediate threat to public safety, peace, or order” (Cantwell v. Connecticut, 310 U.S. 296 (1940)).
Without this kind of immediate threat, courts have generally held that police don’t have the right to clear out a political demonstration just because they fear possible disorder or because protesters are “raucous,” make the cops or other people mad, or slow traffic. (See, for example, Cox v. Louisiana, 379 U.S. 536 (1965) and Jones v. Parmley, 465 F.3d 46 (2nd Cir. 2006).)
The upshot of these standards set out by the courts: Law enforcement may break up violent protests and arrest participants who engage in violence or property destruction. You shouldn’t be arrested just because you were present at a demonstration where other people violated the law, unless you directly incited them to violence. Nor should officers arrest you simply for yelling or cursing at them.

Your argument isn’t very logical at all, everyone on social media gets donations, and most of them just dance in front of a camera while having much much more publicity than he does, so they make way more too. The United States didn’t have a police type law enforcement before 1838. And that was Boston. Soon after several large cities adopted them. The police are considered an extension of the control that government has over the people. The United States and it’s Constitution were created specifically to not require a police department and we didn’t really need one until the government started to extend control over the people. The liberal thinking of democrats requires that they exert some kind of control over people to push their agenda of “we know better than you what’s good for you” type of thinking.

Why teach people the wrong way to redress grievances? You can not occupy a public building after hours and think that's legal 🤔 and you are a constitutional scholar? You are also demeaning to people around there, talking about them not having money to pay for certain paperwork and talking about them not having teeth, and being less than intelligent enough to pro se' themselves and you will loose your arrest 100%. Then talk about that poor girl not having $100 to pay for her court transcript numerous times and making sure people see you paying for it. Then days later, you are getting arrested and asking YouTube for $1,500 for bail money (HYPOCRITE)
If you actually cared about these people and understood law at all, you would tone it down and not make everything you do video (evidence) and advise these people on the best lawyers around, because you are not anything close. And what journalist carries around the entirety of his sensitive information on a CELL PHONE? If in fact all this stuff is really happening, you are doing more harm than good. These people have to live there and some stuck there. If you are gonna start this kind of uprising, you should at least have your own bail money and money to get a new phone.
