Is relying on uncorroborated AI or third party reporting as the basis to point a gun at someone itself unreasonable? Could we do that as citizens?

Here's another video I did on the same legal issue: Cops Point Guns Over THEIR Dumb Mistakes | "It's Policy" https://youtu.be/1foAQXh9TUQ?si=VWvCmbYdGnGJtBIT
I call bull shit. They didn't have to handcuff her. They could have patted her down.
This is what happens when high school dropouts are hired. Supposed someone was deaf or hearing impaired, how would they comply with those commands? Sue the police and the car rental agency. Those officers should be fired.
He believes her but still has cuffs on her😢😢
But, but, Americans think they're freer than anybody else. "just because you're in handcuffs doesn't mean you're in trouble" CRIPES AHMIGHTY!!! Dumbazzery reigns supreme.
Why is she in cuffs, bet he would not do that to his mother
I hope they sue, but based off what i saw here they're the type to chalk it up to a mistake and never look back. Some people dont want smoke and simply accept the fact that police violate rights and won't hold the accountable….
qualified immunity needs to be flipped and cops need mandatory minimum sentences for policy violations
This is frustrating. Its a win for the cops. They got to point there guns at people, search the vehicle, and in the end its the fault of the rental company. It does show how the cops were acting very friendly toward the couple, but by acting friendly the got permission to search the car and her purse/wallet. She clearly stated it was in the center console and the cop searched the visors, the glove box, and the rest of the van. Cops are not your friends they will clearly manipulate you to fool you into giving up your rights. One more reason I will never travel to California, nothing about it resembles the United States anymore.
In situations like this, my guess is the cops are thinking "Oh cool. We get to practice a real felony stop without any consequences or risks to us, since it's obvious that these people are innocent."
Which is just another example of the psychosis that permeates a police officer's brain.
By law your suppose to have rental agreement in car, for this reason.
Insane. No way this should happen. AI surveillance? Unconstitutional.
ALI artificial lack of intelligence
They like it so much to terrorize innocent people the don't no the law ; And that all without consequences ;
No… its not a fuckin mistake HERTZ has done this to many many many fuckin people even after paying and 30 min later all the customers have been arrested dont believe me u will find a lot of videos on youtube so DONT RENT FROM HERTZ THEY R FUCKIN TERRIBLE 😮💨 so looks like PAYLESS RENTAL is following in on the same fuckin footsteps as HERTZ 😑😑
My question is why don't lawyers petition state and federal legislators to change the laws? I understand the benefit of filing lawsuits, but many times they're settled out of court and it goes no further and things don't change. Make someone change then laws and make someone change what is taught in police academies.
4:52 Yes. Cops are violating people's rights for the sake of the cops' own comfort and convenience. It needs to stop, and it won't stop until they are forced to by lawsuits. Don't just take their money and go away, force them to change their policies.
Are those cameras not a form of police harassment?
So cops think that terrorizing citizens is comical… “hopefully this will end quickly, ha, ha, ha”. Pure trash
These officers lack the common sense required to be cops
Happened to me last night, the scanner in the cop car could not read my plate because of a towing ball which the factory installed there not me.
Stupid Pigs! Oink! Oink!
Mansfield correctional institution post office box #788

"I'm not saying I don't believe you " while being kept cuffed and caged like someone who isn't believed any other time half assed investigation..
The fact that the whole thing can dispelled emidietly with in seconds but they don't care just how much unnecessary time is spent on irrelevant facts..
Tbh this looks more in line with what Qualified immunity is ment to protect from. Mistakes will allways happen. But yess I agree their method of investigation looks flawed.
Moral of story, do not use payless
For about an hour she felt what it's like to be black.
Payless!
Well, if this is how they treat their customers, ill never use their services!
Smh!
