The lawsuit was filed today on behalf of Dustin Elswick, against Putnam County, West Virginia, along with four police officers involved in the infamous “Special Enforcement Unit.” These are the cops who were caught on hidden camera searching the inside of Dustin’s home. Although they cut the wire on an outside surveillance camera, they were apparently unaware of the cameras inside the home.

Call it what it is, it's a Home invasion, to people braking into a house, plain and simple,
Wow! So they just break into peoples homes & the 1 clearly is stealing food he got c-cup boobies.
Does West Virginia not have some kind of like fitness class? Police are supposed to take I’m not being disrespectful. I love all law-enforcement and want nothing but for them to be safe & return home to their families, now with that being said. That cop has C cup boobies.
Those cops would have gone into this house if the owner was home or not. I’m sure they were happy no one was home so they thought they could get away with it.
In case where the good guys become the bad guys
Cops are vermin; like rats and roaches, no one wants them on the property….
These clowns thought they were untouchable. I had to drop back and catch your videos from the beginning. The one thing I keep thinking when you show them all cruising in is; How many of these clowns does it take to serve an eviction notice. This had to have been premeditated or at the very least politically motivated. Somebody told these guys to go check him out. Add the fact that the process server declined to serve the eviction himself leads me to believe this more so. I'm glad to see you guys won the case.
Appreciate you for your bravery and enlightening us.
This reminds me of the FBI violating Melania Trump's underwear drawer. Sad world when your bloomers aren't even safe.
Notice the DOJ never even considers these abuses of power.
NO warrant, then its NOT legal. Total disgrace. At least they didn't bring their own drugs to magically "find"
Seems like breaking and entering
America wake the fuck up! these guys are getting military equipment with your tax dollars and are going to use this stuff on you or your fami,y
Get those bastards. Make them pay.
What was a drug task force delivering a document for eviction ?
A real piece of shit. I wish someone would do that to their home's
All it takes is these dirtbags picking the wrong dude to intimidate and violate. One platoon of a trained militia could do real damage to those guys and WV is full of them. I’d expect these dirtbags to be charged for burglary!! This is exactly why we need lawyers like you!
Cops: criminals sanctioned by the government
Just imagine how sweet it would be to legally rid the world of a couple pieces of tattooed scumbags like these two losers.🤞
Feral Hogs Are A Nuisance
Good luck! Make these shit heels pay!
Those guys are out of control. Reminds me of a scene from training day
I don't understand how these are not criminal offenses. Trespassing? Breaking and entering, burglary, destruction of private property, vandalism, desecration of Hunan remains?
