  1. I just looked up my states disorderly conduct code and it's essentially if you do anything in public you could potentially be charge with disorderly conduct because of how it's worded. It is the most bullshit thing I think I have ever read. If you make a noise that is found to be annoying, you can be charged and arrested for disorderly conduct. Now I get how this is necessary to prevent people from just being general assholes in public. But it also allows you to be arrested by a cop who is an asshole Just having a bad day. This is dangerous because it turns into a slippery slope of what is considered annoying and disorderly conduct, I need to leave this fucking country before it gets worse

  2. She acted like an idiot so she got treated like one you don’t just flip off the police for no reason and not expect trouble to come your way and acts like she is special she needs a police beating she is the exact type of person I can’t stand she deserves every bit of this

  3. Violations of feelings of being flipped off,
Poor little Oinky can't take the heat – – – then! – – – get the Phuck out of the kitchen!
Yes! Written up as a training violations yes about time they get schooled OR re-training.😊

  4. when I first got my license I got pulled over after a cop was riding my bumper with his high beams on.. I literally was having trouble driving as his lights where just so bright n I was nervous as a new driver of only a month at the time so a back seat passenger turned around n flipped the car off as soon as they did thats when the cherries were activated n I realized it was a cop I was shitting a brick the cop was a total douche told me I was lucky he don't impound my car n arrest everyone in the vehicle (WE DIDNT DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL ONLY GAVE THE FINGER) HE Eventually let us go n told us we r lucky he went easy on us.. it wasnt until it happened to my niece n their friends that I found out that cop was talking out his ass I literally m 33 n didn't find this out until I was 27!!!! alot of times people just rely on cops being honest n not expecting them to lie or give them a bs violation becuz they r to protect n serve n we r supposed to b cooperative now that I know I wish a cop would do that to me again! oh n I also apologized to the officer n explained I am a new driver n was getting very nervous also becuz this was when there was A LOT of accidents caused in my area n many others at that time by people flying up on someone's bumper with the high beams on n will flash them to make them nervous n run them off the road so much so my school had "attempted" to teach us what to do in situations like these but having it actually happen in the dark in a car n u have a bunch of people screaming n freaking out n also we just used a bunch of boxes to make the general shape of the car n putting regular school chairs inside n just had someone bump the back n then blinking a bright flash light on n off mind u there's no rearview mirror to reflect the light or people screaming in fear etc

  5. Sounds like this situation created the other. Her hate towards police was so great she decided to attack. Possible the cop didnt get in trouble for his wrongs, so she took matters into her own hands.

Not saying what she did was right but.. hate towards cops is created by those who abuse their power. You can only push so much.

  6. The court needs to lower the bar for making a Monell claim. I say that if one senior officer or two junior officers make an arrest under erroneous legal basis then that is a systemic training issue. As for the fire-bombers I hope they spend a very long time in prison. I hope they learn to resist government oppression by legal and non-violent methods.
