I feel like you're kinda being ignorant on the topic, We shouldn't rule out all women. There are exceptions. For example, my aunt is a police officer, and she is very physically fit, She also has a successful marriage so I'm going to assume she wouldn't display toxic masculine female traits in her workplace.
