1st time getting caught! He felt entitled to do so. As a former 911 dispatcher, I was not allowed to use LEIN for anything or anybody unless it pertained to business! If the cop didn't request it thru the radio, I didn't look it up! The only time I ever did so was when I was new & the trainer needed to show me how to use the LEIN machine. And, it was just once! Later on, a dispatcher used it to look up someone she knew. She was fired on the spot!
Once you are caught is because they have done it many times before and never have. They just put a band-aid on it. They will do it again, but the next time it will be a deadly result
