  1. So dude has the right to subject minors in public to his obscenities? He isn't even speaking, so how is this speech? Imagine if that said, "I fantasize about raping children". Who would defend that? This captive audience bullshit isn't free speech, it's harassment.

  2. Ridiculous..we have f@ck joe biden stickers all over washington and nothing happens. U cant make him take it off cuz he hasnt gone to court to see if its illegal. Rainbows and trans stickers are obsene to me

  3. How do you define obscene? In this case, the police officer is using his opinion – as it’s a subjective matter. The problem here is that the police officer is offended, but is the words on this sticker degenerate, harmful to a spectator, or undermining public decency? In my humble view it’s not! This sort of action is going down a slippery slope, since any signs which offend a police officer can lead the driver of any vehicle be arrested and thrown into prison.

  4. I agree with the officer yet how about the Alphabet LGBTQ mafia grooming children in grammar school with worse language in books being taught and read to little kids? They are not getting arrested…

  5. There’s a difference between hate speech and speech that you hate. There’s also a difference between law and constitutional rights. Is it in poor taste, yes. Is it tactful, no. Is it illegal, maybe in that state, but state laws DO NOT supersede the constitution.

  6. Imagine being arrested for having tattoos, body piercings, or because you're colored and you drank from the wrong water fountain …

Careful, because "morality" and "decency" is a moving goal post. Qualified immunity is a sham.
