I hope the innocent man sues for millions and the police officer needs to be terminated ASAP. In turn multiple charges need to be brought against the CORRUPT police officer. Starting with illegal arrest, kidnapping, false accusations and Civil Rights violations just for starters. I hope the family hires a good lawyer.
They use coertion to arrest you if you don't do a sobriety test. But if you do a sobriety test you get arrested. Coercion is a crime against the people. Remember next time they try and force you to do something with coercion . Tell them it's illegal
