What do I do when a deputy has falsely dictated information on a accident report and the striking vehicle was a county plow, that hit me? No lawyer will help because of the accident report. The plow t- boned me while unsafely reversing into a county Hwy. I had no traffic signals to be obeyed. The plow not only totaled my car but I fractured my sternum. No lawyer will help.

Seems like we buy the servants the things they ask for in the course of their public duties but then when they (cops, already paid for them and the stuff they use) decide on their own to add a usage fee to us the tax payer that owns it!
If I'm jailed for a crime, all fees are too be in response to that crime as part of an agreed punishment.
Judge orders the punishment, not cops.
Next thing you know these dummies will try to send us a bills for using sink/toilet, food and of course rent for the nights staying in detention! (all these wonderful amenities are already in the budget and paid on)
