Sadly, despite the fact that this clip ends with her walking back to her car, this ISN'T where this interaction ended. The plainclothes cop to the right of him left and a uniformed "sergeant" arrived a little later. The new team leader backed up her demand for an ID and they DID arrest him – for "obstruction of government process"… AKA the new term for "failure to ID".
