The body cams shouldn't have the option to mute or even turn off. They should make it a policy if they try to cover or manipulate the body cam in any way it's automatic termination. If the judges weren't crooked or corrupt every case that they review if the camera is touched in any way then it's deception from the police and any charges need to be dismissed. FTP!!
