The part that I find most infuriating here is the deputy saying, "It's no big deal." It's absolutely a big deal, and his dismissal makes me think that this could easily happen again. How do three grown-ass men not read a damn address?

It is a know fact that if a person applying to law enforcement is found to be able to read they will not get the job.

These law enforcers are the ones killing innocent people
They walked within five feet of the perfect high contrast house numbers. There is no more clear demonstration of gross negligence and arrogant carelessness. The officers should have apologized, then shut the eff up and eat a huge helping of crow. It was the officers who gave the locksmith the thumbs up to drill. They authorized him to do it.
I can guarantee they'd never let a mere mortal make a mistake like that without dishing out a long diatribe of shoulda, coulda, woulda.

“We made a mistake” absolutely not, locksmith was just doing his job. the cops made the mistake, locksmith was trying to do his job.

House front porch don’t even look alike, and they are making a joke out of it. The locksmith also f*up, trying to coverup by calling their supervisor as well. “Somehow they got the wrong house number”, then saying the owner “is cool with them drilling the wrong door” f* no, that’s no mistake.
THEY FORGOT THE GREEN DOOR? SWEET GUYS ARE GONNA CALL IN A WORK ORDER FOR A LOCK? KINDA OF LIKE TAKING A GUN FROM A HOME OWNER AFTER THEY USE IT TO DEFEND THEMSELVES FROM AN INTRUDER …..LEAVING THEM WITHOUT PROTECTION ….AND IN THIS CASE NO LOCK!?? WTF!?? LOVE YOUR WORK ! CIVIL RIGHTS LAWYER!

I can understand mom's point. To make keys for anyone and everyone for THAT house is a task and for them to come and DESTROY that IS UPSETTING!!!! Are THEY going to PAY for ALL those copies of the key? Ummm, I doubt it! Govt at its BEST! Bahaha….
