Unless this guy lives on the property as his main residence, his ID isn't going to match up to the address and therefore will not prove the property is his. The cop would need to look at the county records for the registered owner(s).
These control freak cops need to understand they do NOT own the citizens, the citizens own their asses. These kind of cops don’t need to be in any force in America! Communist!!
Cop came through a closed gate to get onto private property, then trys to invoke 'trespass' without cause.

I had that happen before. I showed him my driver's license and everything was OK. This guy is being an ahole. Apparently this wasn't his property. Why all the problems?

The man's ID doesn't state if he owns the property. Pure power trip and we pay for all the lawsuits that these tyrants create

“I am not required to carry property ownership records around with me at all times officer, and “ID” will tell you nothing about such ownership. Visit the County Hall of Records during their normal business hours if you want such records.”
