  1. LEOs are not good at multitasking. If they don't have their crosshairs on you, it is best to walk away when they tell you to before they place them on you. She should have walked back to her car when asked; once the fire department arrived, she could have contacted them and found out where they were taking them. Unless someone was dead, all that officer wanted to do was open back up the highway and get off it so he could complete his report and go back to fucking with people.

  2. She had zero business there once the police showed up. As a lawyer, she did an EXCELLENT job of talking herself into an arrest. The nonsense about what hospital the kid was going to is just that, nonsense – emergency had not even shown up yet and they don’t need random citizens to contact next of kin once they do get there…She girl bossed too close to the sun this time…

  3. Plz keep up on the Spokane case involving the older grandfather resting in his car on the outside of a park fence while traveling to see his grandchild and was seriously injured ( requiring hospitalization, the jail would not process him and sent him straight to hospital). We are getting no info from media and the very brief mention several weeks ago was misleading and focused on discrediting
your video after a community member discovered it , posted it and it went viral.
Our police chief resigned last week

  4. That cop is fucked. The woman is going to get so rich off of this. No qualified immunity for the use of excessive force, assault, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and illegal detainment.

False arrest is easy to prove.

  5. I've watched too many bad cop videos that i've picked up a bias and at first misinterpreted the cop as being just another bad cop. This cop did fine. I wouldn't call the lady a karen, a karen wouldn't stop to help. I think something happened between the two that wasn't picked up by the camera, maybe a miscommunication that led to them having attitudes with eachother.

  6. The officer would have no idea who he was talking to. Just because someone hands him a phone and says it’s the boys father does not make it so. She could be saying it was GOD, that doesn’t make it so.

  7. I dont even want to talk to the Johnnie's no more! I was walking to the store one day. A cop pulls up besides me and asked if i would like a ride. At first i was like sure. It was August in South Alabama. When i told him yes. Then he said ok i am going to have to check you for weapons. Then he asked fir my ID. So i was like i appreciate the offer but im just going to walk. Then he literally started asking what are hiding. I just turned around and walked off. Thankfully he just went on about his business. I honestly didnt think he was going to let me walk off. He really had no choice. I mean he came to me. He was trying to get something on me though. I hate it for them. I am a law abiding citizen. So they will have a hard time trying that junk with me. Unless they plant something.

  8. Lisening too her… and people starting too trust the cops… in there job… se her as a person… not braking the law… most important… and howe mutch did the cops over do… there job… did the cops… do the right job agenst the boy / boys accident… safty first… no… talking too the father about it… a Jury is too see… and see to the facts here… male cops vs lady lawer…

  9. Wow the CRL is usually very good but his analysis on this one seems WHACKED. "She didn't leave after they told her to" 1) She didn't have to leave , only (arguably) stop interfering. 2) She arguably had a duty to help, as an officer of the court (see ABA "A Lawyers Responsibilities". in pp 1 "A Lawyer …. is … a public citizen having SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITY for the quality of justice"). 3) She was resisting?!?! she tried to hands the cop the phone . And was instantly grabbed and taken down before she could possible resist. Then she was resisting the physical pain of a dislocated shoulder (cops often use the human survival instinct as a way claim "resisting!!" (resisting pain and resisting arrest are NOT the same). Man what a disappointment on this one. But generally keep up the good work
