EMT ask the officer what did the mother say officer says she not talking and being uncooperative and not talking to me ! All I can say as what a pair of absolute wan&kers these cops are.
Sadly, whatever fines and/or bail she would have had to pay is cheaper than EMS taking care of the kid. The rest… She was very calm and cooperative relatively and did not warrant the strong reaction the officer gave her. Love how these small-town cops are armored up like it's Chicago, and this guy is hostile like he was just wishing she was an armed meth-head, aching for action and therefore creating it by any means necessary.
