There needs to relentlessly promote a federal law proposal that police officers personal assets are attached when they are sued for violating the constitutional rights of free speech, illegal detainment, false arrest, and excessive force. Period.

It was claimed multiple times that he moved the tripod to the side so it wouldn't be in his way if he needed to assist. He didn't want to have to step in the mud if he needed to move closer. It isn't mentioned a single time that he absolutely did not "move" the tripod out of his way. He turned it and it remained in the same spot. Also, he claimed that he "moved it so he wouldn't have to step in the mud" then proceeds to step over the mud in the opposite direction from the tripod.🤡
I've watched parts 1 and 2, and this part is the only one I've seen where the questioning attorney looks like he's about to lose his shit over what this dumbass old guy. (I'd prefer to call him a dumbf***, but YouTube says I'm violating community guidelines every time I type that.)
The problem with this ENTIRE case, and most of the ones I've seen that are civil rights related, is these fucking old people who get waaaay more offended than younger people. Even when some of those younger people are doing weird shit, like eating laundry pods or whatever it is they're up to now.
I recently read an article where old people think younger people are disrespectful because when they say "thank you", the younger people reply "no problem" instead of "you're welcome". If you think about it, "no problem" means exactly that. It was no problem, whatever it was. If you say "you're welcome", it seems more like you just did them a favor. Even if you didn't and it was no problem.

This is were we need to start separating rights from authorities. A citizen, exercising his/her rights need to be protected whereas a citizen, in the capacity of the state has authority granted to him/her by the people. This also means that such state authority is restricted by the people and with consequence for using authority to violate the peoples rights.
Furthermore, if I can't claim ignorance to the law if I violate it, no agent of the state should be able claim ignorance to the constitution, of which they swear an oath to uphold and defend.
When I went to the ground at the airport where I was arrested, the court called it “passive resistance”. Therefore, it was not considered disobedience to a lawful order.
