Five minutes in and you explained that there’s no victim. There’s nobody on the road it’s about revenue and we all know that, so do you chili that this is about the revenue that they obtain legally and illegally the more money you make for that town the more tanks they buy and weapons of mass destruction for the police department so that they can play cops and robbers and put it on their chest and feel like they’re very important they get promoted for good and bad stops which translates to be legal and illegal stops. Because not everybody will fight it in court so they just make a lot of money off of it and then they get promoted for helping the city gain a lot of revenue, and to make it look like there’s a lot of crime in the city that reinforces the need of more officers or higher pay and more toys And perks . Which keeps this cycle going and I have it been talked about somebody just walking down the street getting pulled over and revenue gets jacked up from them, and if they don’t have any money to pay the fine, they go to jail for more than likely a crime they never committed, but they got trumped up on it, and they clearly don’t have any money if you see how some of the people are dressed, they may even be homeless and they’ll get put in jail for not paying the fine on some thing that really wasn’t a crime that they did in the first place but they don’t have any money to pay a lawyer defend himself and if they get one appointed to them.. the bottom line is that your problem is you need to figure out a way to come up with a fine money or you go to jail and every person that you cops encounter and violate their rights just adds to the problem .
It’s true, he doesn’t care about your life. That officer will never even think about you. Probably again he’s looking ahead to his next victim. He doesn’t make the world a better place. He makes what happens in his home a better place because it’s more money he brings home. And Man does his stroke his ego when he can violate peoples rights, he sleeps like a baby. But having a counter with them physically because they’re beating you up and saying stop resisting, I don’t know how many times all of us has seen somebody’s hands on their car leg spread, and just like that their body cam gets covered by their jacket. While they mop you up, sucker punching you and they’ll be screaming stop resisting when you didn’t do anything you get up doorbell ring cam footage from a neighboring house that proves he beat you up and said this whole situation up and it’s all a lie, and they’ll call it qualified immunity because the cop didn’t know better now riddle me this how does he not know better when he’s been through the Academy he’s had to follow another officer for a while during his probation time he’s been on scene with other officers dirty And corrupt as they are it matters not.
What really gets me is that this is the most important statement that anybody can understand and wrap their head around why is it that an officer who is supposed to be in trained to go out and be on a zone one day as a solo officer in his car could have 10 15 20 or four years on the department
Violate somebody’s rights that a junior high student would know better of what the law is .. can claim qualified immunity, which is the same as saying, felony, stupid regarding that officer he’s too stupid, and has no discernment on what your basic rights are can violate your rights get busted for set violation against that innocent citizen, and get away with it with the name of qualified immunity attached to it. Now, if you did something and didn’t know the law, you’re going to jail tell me how that’s fair.?
Simple.. If you break the law.. you get fined or go to jail. OR KILLED BY A COP.
