It is said that it is illegal to resist arrest. It's not resisting arrest in most these cases. It's fight or flight response. A natural reaction out of self preservation or instinct. All animals have this reaction. Courts must start having these defenses brought up as such. One can not be charged and convicted of a natural reaction when reacting to these unintelligent police officers. Unintelligent of the laws and rights of men and women. Ignorant because they ignore any opportunities to educate themselves, but will tell us they don't need to know all the laws, that there's too many, but yet tell us ignorance of the law is no excuse. If we do not know a law because we are somehow ignoring laws established, but not made aware of when these laws are implemented, then we do not even have a fair chance when presumed ignorant, or to ignore, of laws. Definitely seems like the mindset of all government employees is to set us up. Only one reason for this. Money. Since the government employees refuse to work hard to raise money the correct way.
