If it were me, under no circumstances would I take an out of court settlement. I want those people on the stand facing the humiliation of their ignorant actions. If I have to endure getting arrested, in public, for doing nothing illegal then, at minimum, they need to be held accountable in public! If it gets swept under the rug these tyrants will still claim they were right but the City figures its cheaper and less fuss to make it go away. Ive worked for local government and seen how they think and how they operate. Hold them accountable!
