Bullshit they take the man's car before he gets a chance to re register it because he only got it out of impound 2hours earlyer and paid 700$ to get it out they arrest him and even though the passenger has valid license they impound the car again so the woman is stranded because they choose to refuse to let her take the car because it's not registered to her it's true that they are road pirate they employed the car on the concrete and yet they were back and forth to the boot of the patrol car was it the intention to plant drogues so they could arrest both but were caught in the act
