  1. My attitude about cops has totally changed. I agree about having to watch your thinking about these videos. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them. It’s really help me understand my rights. I usually only listen to the big channels – Gray, Lackluster, etc.

  2. Ima be honest here, in all the hours upon hours of video I've watched of Lackluster, I never knew this video was his!!!! Oh my these pig bite off more then they could possible chew. Imagine being those pigs that violated lacklusters right and caused all of this…

  3. Yes, he did violate it under the color of wall. Any threat of retaliation against filming is a violation and the maximum penalty for violating someone civil rights is death Do you wanna get technical about the law? Do you want to say who can enforce it? The people can enforce the law make sure you get your ducks in a row before you start harassing and civilians that are out to help other people.

  4. A CSPD friend who was in the command structure said reining in such behavior was a significant thing.

    He wouldn't tolerate this.

Training elsewhere there evidently wasn't done.

  5. I feel we all have had that one incident or just a series of small incidents that have lead us her with our attitudes about cops. Once you change you never look at them the same. Power does something to people.

  6. Back in the '70s I was living in Tucson but I often hitchhiked through southern Colorado through Pueblo and Boulder on my way to Denver. Those Colorado cowboy cops did whatever they felt like and in fact one night shaved my head bald. They never heard of the US Constitution. I'm 74 now and a grampa but I'm still a radical revolutionary mf from all my encounters with LE over the years. I feel good about the future.

  7. Pigs can’t fathom why they are no longer worshipped. Black/brown folks have been screaming about injustices for centuries always dismissed, never being taken seriously. Now that yt folks have experienced a touch of being “protected and served” police behavior is finally seen as problematic.

  8. My Dad was career military and taught me to always respect the police, always say "Yes sir and No sir" to them and do whatever they said. Real life taught me differently.

  9. funny, this ptsd thing happenes to kids who grow up in bad neighborhoods. i was a kid 13 yrs old i got beat with a bat by a 21 yr old. i had to older men chase me with knives, i ran throw oncoming traffic trying to eacape. i did escape the cops stopped them i hid with a rock waiting for them they didnt show up i went out and saw the cops had them.
i was shot at a few time had a few friends die from being shot, one friend i was standing next too. heard the bullets pass by me.

my dad was unavaible being messed up from vietnam.

but in all that time i never once wanted to kill someone just to see how it feels.

  10. @7:45 – HIPAA does not apply to you, and a LEO can't charge anyone for HIPAA violations, ever. Lots of cops for some reason I can't fathom believe they can enforce HIPAA. They can't. Not only does HIPAA not apply to random individuals on the street recording things, but HIPAA is civil law. HHS reserves enforcement of HIPAA to themselves at any rate. They can under really odd circumstances investigate a HIPAA violation, declare it to be a criminal violation and then pass it to a state for prosecution, but in that case the state AG's office is required to do the prosecution. And even then, there is no means of charging either of you two guys, because you are not "covered entities," and HIPAA can only apply to a covered entity.

  11. I hope you all know that US police get their training from ID F (Isr ael).
Either in tne stares or they go over there.
    Just research this for confirmation.
And we wonder why po po views US citizens as non-human.
