This is the same guy who was a lawyer who moonlit as an Uber driver and who also had a viral video in 2017. He video recorded a traffic stop where the police arrested his Uber rider.
The Uber driving attorney was later “charged with 4 felony counts of promotion and profiting from prostitution and received a $60,000 bond.” Source: WWAY News.
