Moron, Pennsylvania v. Mimms has no clause in it stating that. Do you know how many offenders successfully hide weapons, only to use them AFTER they’ve been detained??? It further states that the officer may then perform a pat down search IF they believe said person to be armed and dangerous.
That’s why it’s important, if you’re going to talk to police in this situation, get them to admit they do not have any present fear of bodily harm on camera. Then later you can use that in court

Dear Chilli. I'm writing today as a supporter and a donator to tell and warn you about yet another big threat towards our freedoms but these people who are the threat don't wear Police uniforms . They wear medical coats . They work in collaboration with the state to rob people blind they do this with people's lives especially if they have a home and poor estate planning. Recently my father was unjustly murdered by the very people who were placed in and intrusted with his care. My father is a Vietnam vet who came home wounded. My father survived a massive stroke over 10 years ago but never made a full recovery. He was paralyzed on his left side but he could still talk and comprehend things. He had vascular dementia which is a slow progressing illness up till he died he knew who everyone was and knew he had a home he wanted to get back to. On the 13th of August though it was never to be. I found him dead in his bed later finding out he was givin a big dose of morphine and aspirated quite possibly. I had an autopsy performed on my dad and I am still waiting for the results to come back from the medical examiner. As far as I know we really don't have assisted suicide in Tennessee not in that way this was a planned coordinated assassination of my father by many but one person stands more responsible than others and her name is miss Catherine Armistead . They made it where there was no saving my dad when the crook conservator that was placed in by the second circuit court in Nashville TN. They put a DNR on my dad immediately without any notification on the family. My dad died a horrible death so the place they put him in could put my dad down like a dog really worse than a dog and make 18,000 dollars. I am currently seeking justice for the death of my father and I may need your help. Please reach out to me. TY.
