  1. Those that KNOW are TERRIFIED OF SOVEREIGN CITIZEN'S THAT ARE NOT COP'S! My Son is a Sovereign Citizen he has Diplomatic Immunity. They operate under Common Law NOT Commerce Law. Under the Constitution we are all supposed to be Sovereign. They've STOLEN that from us & are forcing us to act like we are all part of Commerce instead of their Boss WE THE PEOPLE! Which is how we're ENSLAVED!

  2. Yes, because cops are dirty and they violate peoples rights all the time and if it gets far enough out of control and they just decided they’re in a pissy mood and they wanna ask you like well you’re just dead meat Ella using abuse you and not give a that’s back whether YouTube throws a busy vet for calling

  3. 11:51 Chilie tells you right here that the trifold is not a legal document that you should follow. He has to say that he's not an attorney and that he's only learned these things from "watching YouTube videos". Do not buy the trifold. Chilie is pointed in the right direction about what you should do legally, but DO NOT USE A TRIFOLD I PLACE OF ACTUAL LEGAL ADVICE. Do not trust your freedom and money to someone who "learned this by watching YouTube videos and reading a few books"; you can get excellent legal advice very vey cheap if not free that is from actual attorneys and not this stuff. I wish Chilie well in what he does, but I want to help protect you from him where he is misguided.

  4. 8:06 this is wrong for all the reasons I said in my previous post about this video. The police can still ask you questions before the mirandize you. Don't take my word for it, ask an attorney. No cop is going to get sanctioned or be legally liable for continuing to ask you more questions pre-miranda reading unless it's blatantly excessive and falls into thr category of cohesion or some other more serious violation.

  5. Asking about the current address is a criminal offense to be investigated. If you answer no, then the cop asks when did you move. If it is not within the 30 days, citation issued. Everything they do is to get a citation on you. Its their gold stars. Policing for profit created the police states of america

  6. 1:05 Chilie is right about Salinas VS Texas here, you need to express your desire to express your 5th amendment right rather than just being silent. Chili's advice is only partially correct, though, about cops having to "stop interrogating you" when you only invoke your 5th amendment rights. If you really want to protect yourself you need to invoke your 5th amendment right AND ALSO ask for an attorney. Chilie is right that invoking the 5th is suppose to be enough, but asking for an attorney closes all the little legal loopholes about any question if you were exercising Miranda rights or not.

Additionally, before the the officers read you your Miranda rights, they are allowed to ask you as many questions as they want. Just keep repeating that you invoke your right to remain silent and that you want an attorney. Them continuing to ask you is not harassment or cohesion, unless it can be proven to be so.

Once they have read you your Miranda rights, however, they are not allowed to ask you any more questions and can be sanctioned for doing so. Be sure to REASSERT the 5th amendment and ask for an attorney after being mirandiazed.

If you watch most cops they don't really ask you much of anything else after they Miranda right you and this is by training. It's so that cops don't violate your rights – it's thr last thing they do before arresting you and they usually have no interest in talking to you after that because you can judt please thr 5th and ask for an attorney and have stronger protections.

Edit: Chilie goes on from that point to say a few more things I wanted to clarify. Don't show the police the trifold. They don't care, and they are not obligated to read it or understand it. You can also say that you are filming them and that's your right. But if you are told to get out of the car and placed in handcuffs that right is curtailed. You have the right to film police, but not if you are unable to do so because you are the one detailed and in handcuffs. If you are the suspect of an investigation, you might legally might not be able to film it. That's why the officers wear cameras. And certainly if you are a bystander, if can also film the entire interaction from a "proper distance". The police can not stop you from doing that. If you are a 3rd party camera person and they say back up, just back up. Your camera will still catch everything. But if you are thr primary suspect, you are going to lose your right to film if they need to detain you somehow (handcuffs, back of squad car). This is constutional legal. Time, place and manner restrictions for all rights.
