Florida loitering and prowling law 856.021:
“ (1) It is unlawful for any person to loiter or prowl in a place, at a time or in a manner not usual for law-abiding individuals, under circumstances that warrant a justifiable and reasonable alarm or immediate concern for the safety of persons or property in the vicinity.”
Police always seem to think that loitering just means standing somewhere not doing anything…it’s not, that is absolutely your right as an American citizen! Loitering requires that your actions and behaviors reasonably cause alarm to the public or in some way prevent other members of the public from enjoying some public place or services. The fact that these morons think that it SHOULD be illegal to do as you please in public in a manner that harms no one shows what absolute tyrants these clowns are. Their kids ought to hang their heads in shame and deny that they are related to these losers!
