When this guy protested, they got mouthy, so he told them to leave. They went hands on and slapped cuffs on him.
The use of a 5150 ( code for 72 hr hold for mental eval) NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM ANY LEO.
As here in CA Now only a mental health professional ( PERT) are on duty to respond to a call for police service to determine if a person really qualifies and should be taken into police custody and transported to a hosoital for a eval and possible 72 hr psyc hold. TOO OFTEN LE ABUSE, USES THIS AS A WEAPON TO PUNISH, REVENGE A PERSON.
IT SHOULD BE FEDERALLY ILLEGAL FOR A POLICE OFFICER TO MAKE THIS CALL, THRY ARE IN NO WAY A MENTAL HEALTH TRAINED PROFESSIONAL.

The recent arrest of the New Jersey woman, who asked them to fingerprint her the day they kidnapped her, didn’t receive a penny after spending two weeks in jail. The Judge granted qualified immunity.
That’s corruption IMHO.
The police consider lies, false arrests and the violation of Constitutional rights as just another day on the job.

I remember seeing this video of this cop doing the same thing to a woman that went to a police station to file a witness statement to an accident, file a report against an officer or a statement that was against an officer that was taking her statement and guy was there at the moment to file his report nothing to do with the woman and he has a license to help people in crisis and the woman want the man to stay because she didnt feel safe with the cop , the cops tell the guy the step away or he will be arrested even tho the woman , said no i want him to stay i dont feel safe with you meaning the cop , she asks for his badge # he says 123 , thats not his badge #, but says to the woman you in a crisis, you need medical help, but im not saying like the cop said it, it sounded more like lady your going to a mental facility and i am gonna have you committed for 48 or 72 hrs to be evaluated, there was nothing wrong with this woman , listen this cop is the kind of cop i really fear and i only fear 2 things in life but when i seen this video, now its 3 things , how can a cop just say that and it happens, and i think if that man wasnt there to help this woman the cop would of gotten away with that !!!
