If you have a license, you are a state employee. Look at the DMV,when you register your vehicle you abandon it. If you claim US citizenship, your a state and federal employee. It's that simple. Until you rescind your state employee status with that license, this will happen. The police are DMV agents responsible for revenue for the DMV and are not 1095 status,yeah that's right your courtroom, your police station are listed on Duns and Bradstreet. Wow. Shots fired in rural Virginia. Imagine that. Call out the Marines at Quantico and Camp Lejeune. I lived in rural Virginia for about two years. It was almost always a hunting season of some type. Or people were firing their own guns on their own property for target practice or just recreation. Hardly a day went by when gunshots weren't heard.
