This is what happens when a high school grad with 3 months "training" is given the "authority" to ignore the "probable cause" requirement of a crime that necessitates ID for an "arrest" to the work-around of "RAS" for a "detainmenr" that allegedly empowers pig to demand ID anyway. Piggie- ill-educated and overpaid- doesn't know anything about 4th and 5th amendment rights- not to mention 1st and 6th amendment rights; but his command should and ought to be obliged to hold him to account for his violation of said rights and his retaliation against the citizen for the temerity of attempting to invoke them.
