I don’t jump on the race wagon often, but I honestly believe this interaction was racially motivated. Maybe it wasn’t there’s no way to know for sure, but it looks bad.
The narrator says MEN the cop detained a WOMAN who happened to be the same race – and that's illegal to use RACE as reason for arrest & investigation.

False. The supreme course has been clear that the 4th does not cover ID. The 5th might. The 4th, no. The need to articulate a crime is A STATE BASED LAW and does not apply to all states. Some states are "stop and ID" states where no crime needs to be committed, they only need to be responding to a call or observe behaviour that is suspicious.
All the cops do is steal the citizens taxes by going outside of the Constitution.

People need to research the first police station started in United States and know the difference between North America and United States. The fixation with obtaining ID isn’t surprising if you think about it. Most companies are very cautious about having any similar data on hand. 🤷 Cops however have qualified immunity. 🙄 not that they are likely to be sued, they have access to any evidence first and prosecutors have a demonstrated tendency illegally withhold evidence from trial so it stands to reason that these cops are selling as many IDs as the market will bear. This combined with effectively open borders…… it’s probably pretty worthwhile.

Now that body cams r on the body of police it should be operating and a federal policy that be on EVERY police officer. Therefore be able to be viewed in realtime by the on duty lieutenant or chief, and able to b supervised on every occasion. Once a duty supervisor sees a policing violation they can shut it down b4 lives are taken or lawsuits can be filed. Its a win win, lives saved and money saved, isn't it that what this all about???

What I remember from this particular incident, it was the Alameda County (California) sheriffs and the citizens whose rights were violated won a settlement.
However, none of the officers involved were disciplined and at least two of them received promotions soon afterward, and the settlement came out of the county’s funds.
That is the heart of the ongoing problem – there is hardly ever any accountability for the officers that are Violating the rights of citizens.
