Top ten best walk of shame ever
32:12 “just one of these thangs dude”.
Good to see he has a high standard of self accountability.
22:07 I really appreciate the offices for taking him seriously to some degree. Maybe I'm not immediately jumped down the other officer's throat and ripped open the door to check him, but the fact that they checked at all is a massive step forward for whatever community this is. Officers won't do the right thing. Most officers get into the job because they want to truly protect and serve and help the community they live in. There are a select few that see opportunity and seize that opportunity whenever there possibly can. And it's very sad that people have to deal with officers who lied, cheat and steal with the best of them. This guy was utmost respectful the entire time he was dealing with everybody. It is amazing to see that he was so respectful and kind and understanding of his own situation and how he looked in that situation to the officers, and I'm glad the officers treating him as a human and still investigated his concerns. I like seeing stuff like this. Honestly, it makes me feel like there's hope for humanity versus or while it seemed like the worst of the worst is always happening. I think body cams have improved policing in a very positive way and I think the more positives we get from body cams then the negatives we get from body counts because there are negatives. I mean for example back in the day cops used to be able to bust you for a little bit of dope crush it out on the ground. Be like get on your way kid. They can't do that with kids no more because as soon as that interaction starts they have to cut on their camera and if they're a good officer they're going to cut on their camera and it's only the good ones who are going to really be the ones crushing it out on the ground throwing it out calling it all good. See you later. Kid kind of deals while officers have a wide array of discretion on how they enforce the laws, sometimes when they're given specific guidelines, they have to follow some degree of rules and cameras make them force them to stick to those rules. They have to follow yes and it has pigeonholed them in some ways in certain situations. Rare situations but not as rare. I think people would think anyways. It's just good to see cops doing right by someone, especially someone they had gesturrested you know
And also I commend all the other officers involved here I've got to say they done the right thing no matter what I know it's tearing them up but they did the right thing and they need to be commended for that just thought that needed to be said
These sorry pieces of 💩 make damn good money… and they steal from someone that they are putting in jail.. how low down can you get.. like the Constables in Texas that stole all that stuff out of the house they were supposed to protect and did it all on body cameras.. no denying what they did.. all laughing about it and like it was fun to them to see what they could steal…

Damn, and do that right in front of your superior while you’re making an arrest. How embarrassing for his family and possible wife’s family to see this on the news.
She was trying to cover it up
He has to keep apologizing so he can feel safe
The fact that woman is telling him to take it down a notch. Thank God that sergeant was black.
Just think how many times he has done that before and got away with it
He should be deported too
Man, I’ve watched a lot of videos pertaining to this. I’ve never said this before but that department sure could use a gentleman like this “criminal” working for them. He’s so respectful and vigilant. I’d LOVE to have this young man working for me. That’s if I owned my own business. lol.
20:58 to 21:10 The Walk of a Crooked cop found out he got Busted on cameras including is own
They keep pressing him for a total so they can use his words against him in case there is more or less money 🙂↔️
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Caught MF going to jail today
He’s not sorry at all. He’s sorry he got caught, karma never miss.
Just sad
They didn’t read his Miranda rights to him or did I miss it
This video was more detailed and complete than the other videos I saw about this.
The fact that he did not say how much money he had is crucial. They could have said that he had more or less. The woman officer was trying to say that he had less. That is why she asked him to say how much money he had.
Chapmans body-language was the big giveaway here, the way his eyes were fixed on his colleagues to make sure they weren't looking at him as his hands were moving, the way he kept trying to distract the female officer while he moved the money into the door, and then the way he stood in front of the door the whole time even after the Sgt. opened the car-door, Chapman still stood in the doorway… Disgraceful, he should feel the full force of the law and definitely be banned from ever being a police officer again, he lacks integrity.
Why won't he stop apologizing he talks 2much stups
I don't understand why they're so obsessed with checking the money because a simple check of the officer would have gotten. This whole situation ended instead of putting him through the run around, trying to get him to state an amount and arbitrary amount, so they can hold him accountable to that, which he's doing a great job and not answering the question. He's trying to get the problem fixed. I don't understand this trend with police officers that instead of actually fixing the problem. They yell at the person who's complaining as if they're making something up. I understand he's already in custody, but they still shouldn't treat everything. He says as if it's a outlandish claim. Aim or a bold face lie? Because obviously this is clear evidence that these people do it in every day duty and get away with it or try to get away with it. I understand the arguments for the cop is going to be well. He's in custody. He's already did something wrong. So why would we believe anything? He says well because what he said is exactly what happened. This is poor police work and poor death escalation. Even though they got to the proper ending, they should have they still made this man or at least? In my opinion, they would have made me feel suspect of the police. Because the answer was so plainly in front of their faces, but they chose to be woefully ignorant. And that is scary, terrifying, frustrating, anger inducing and just. Beyond.
Anything it's disappointing, but we're supposed to support these guys. Blindly, we're supposed to trust that they have our best interest when they don't even have a proper asset forfeiture system. And they wonder why there's civil lawsuits with police officers seizing property and then not getting it back because they blatantly try to steal from everybody they confiscate. Even if you are a good department I'm sorry. You guys are hoping that somebody in a brand new car gets busted. So that way, you could either use it for the department or you can try to get it cheap and unknown bunch of cops currently and I know a bunch of retired or former cops and they've all said the same thing so I don't think that they're lying. I just think the modern cop. Is just so shitty at hiding. How much of a piece of shit they are? And there's not much that you can or can't deny.
I don't think they should be able to resign but be able to work elsewhere after something like this
I'm sorry but I don't think there's any good cop in this situation, because they keep trying to distract him from what he's doing because one they know he's doing something wrong and they're trying just to divert his attention away or 2. They know he's doing. Something wrong and they're trying to get his attention away from him. In order for them to keep this hush-hush, they'll get the money back, but they won't. Prosecute him, but because the guy did exactly what he should have and nothing was nothing was unseen. So speak and you can see the one officer keeps her body cam. E on the guy but the other cop seems to be completely trying to cover up for him. I don't know.
Wow Look at the treatment.
Hand cuffed in the front. Give me a break.
Should have been felony theft.
He got off easy, but, 15 years of public service rates him some kind of break. He didn’t really hurt anybody but himself, and I wonder if there were mitigating circumstances . If so, he deserves a break in court, but , he is unfit to continue to work 0in law enforcement. That's a lot of cash to ride around with and Mr. Moon is very fortunate that they couldn't confiscate his money. A lot of places they would have confiscated all of it, which I dont think would have been the right thing to do but in some jurisdictions the money would have been gone. Sad story.
Always a snake n the pack
Mf talking to got damn much
Sorry ain’t cutting it thief. Take his sorry behind to jail!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Dummy threw away his career for a few hundred dollars smh. Just imagine of all the money he has stolen through his whole 15 years of being a officer.
What a disgrace to the badge.
He resigned and probably went to the next county over
