The jails are exactly how the Sheriff wants it to be… once you are in jail the staff hates you and have no empathy for you.
Its fucked that our system just allows it. And there are loads of people that experience it in jail they just dont talk about it later when getting out

I sat 96 days in jail do to a corrupt cop, corrupt DA, corrupt judge(DAs former prosecutor), corrupt prosecutor, and even 2 of my own paid corrupt Defense Attorneys, all for a crime that I didn't commit and when I pointed this out by reading the law statute word for word to the cop and asked her where in that Statute did I commit a crime, I was told by her "I'm charging you because I feel like it". Then once I got out of jail I was put on intense supervised probation for 17 months AFTER being screened out, apologized to by my future PO, and told by my PO that I didn't qualify for her probation and not only did I not qualify for her probation but that I didn't need ANY probation. 2 weeks later during my PSI(Pre Sentence Investigation) I was pulled aside by the PO who screened me out and told that her manager is making her screen me in and that she has no choice, later I got switched to her supervisor(maternity leave) as my PO and during our first meeting he said to me " I reviewed your file and I have no idea how you ever got put on our probation, and I'm going to talk to my boss and try to get you immediately discharged", he also later came back and said that he was also told by his superior that he was not allowed to release me. ALL of this corruption was orchestrated by the corrupt DA whose name i can't release on YT because YT warned me that I was 'Cyber bullying' by releasing her name and the names of the other corrupt individuals in my case(that tells you how much power the DA has). After 17 months of being on the high intensity probation(meant for violent criminals to pass in order to avoid prison, which is where you gonif you fail the probation) I was then out on regular probation where my PO ALSO told me that he has no idea how I ever got charged with a crime let alone charged with 15(yep you read that right) felonies, let alone was placed on the high intensity probation, and he told me that he would release me from his probation the second he was able to. ALL of this happened because I was in the beginning stages of sueing the city for their Storm water drainage pond being directly responsible for flooding our house, and sueing was the last option after I tried everything to work with them to create a resolution to our problem that they were fully aware of and that the chief City engineer agreed with me WAS the cities fault. This is how corrupt the American Justice System is, and this happens EVERYWHERE in America. Not only did they do the things I already outlined, they also raided my church on a Wednesday night with 500 people there(in order to ruin my life and reputation that was amazing prior to this), they also made sure to arrest me in front of my children, and then the DA and prosecutor spoon fed a false story to the local news stations that ALL ran the story further destroying my life, my family, my familys name(very few of us) and my business. 3 of the 4 stations DID remove their articles after they were asked to with evidence proving my innocence, however the main station whom previously deleted the original story, not only refused to remove the remaining follow up story l(also spoon fed) but they also reposted the original post that they had previously deleted, and I was told that I would have to sue them for them to remove them, and they are owned by a HUGE company with millions upon millions of dollars, so I'm screwed for the rest of my life. I can't get a job anywhere because of the article and now being a felon(I didn't have a choice but to plead guilty to 5 felonies because the DA said that she would take me to trial 5 times to get them(remember HER judge is THE judge) in order to get a prison committ sentence. So, I have lived with PTSD ever since and will for the rest of my life, and if I can't find a job soon I'm going to end up homeless ALL because of multiple levels of government corruption. Welcome to my world, oh and that just the tip of the iceberg, I could literally write a book on what they did to me and my family, and for anyone who wonders why I didn't do anything after I was released from probation, like hire a Civil Rights Attorney, it's because I and my family fully experienced the power of their corruption and if I wouldnve done ANYTHING to go against them they would've done the same thing all over again. Evil, pure evil is what happened to me and my family.

I believe some people who have been in prison definitely have PTSD. After 5 years in a max security prison ( SCI Greene in South Western Pennsylvania ) it took me about a year or so to realize I didn't have to live like that anymore. I'm still not the same as before I went, I don't believe anyone is. It's like you have to survive every day without killing or dying if you ever want to be free again.
I’ve not been to jail, but we once housed my brother-in-law after a stent and I tell you, he was not the same person that went in. He was constantly on guard in a few months that he stayed with us. We must’ve told him you’re good. You’re OK you’re safe Hundreds of times. We also saw the look on your face when you were in court we knew that those eyes must’ve saw things that changed you. But I forgot I’m very happy that it did not remove the fight that you have inside as I told you when you’re ready, you got my vote..
