  1. If you ARE prescribed a medication that you take as prescribed and are not impaired or have not taken it recent to driving, are you even obligated to tell an officer what you are prescribed?? Isn’t there a HIPAA law against that?? If I am not IMPAIRED by or abusing a prescription, what business is it of some fishing cop’s?!

  2. I will never tell LEO about any prescription drug that I am prescribed if stopped. Simply because it won't help. Unless they kidnap me for a day or so, I don't want to get off schedule.

  3. Why you NEVER answer questions and answer absolutely nothing that doesn’t pertain to the stop. Like most of us, she’s an oddball.. so what? Need more people like her in the world.

  4. Again another video I don't understand, it's night time, your eyes are supposed to be dilated. You see at night the pupils get Wider to let more light in. I think having pinpoint pupils would be more indicative of being on something at night. Pinpoint pupils is an abnormal response to the night.

  5. The heart rate thing really cracked me up. Why would someone have a resting heart rate while they are pulled over and being falsely accused of being intoxicated? I have atrial fibrillation and my heart rate would probably be even higher than that dealing with this fkn guy.

  6. all these sobriety test done by police are bullshit the the corrupt police and corrupt courts know it , but they still use these to convict , yes we didn't want drunk drives on the roads , however to many innocent people are convicted bt corrupt police and courts this process should be outlawed, breath test are all you need to prove one way or another if not done by corrupt police fiddling the results, bent cop should never be a copper as he is corrupt

  7. Those lights can get confusing. My wife refuses to use the auto setting. Driving without lights is a huge indicator of impairment, or so THEY say. 😂

If I'm being honest, she does look a little wired in the thumbnail. 😅 maybe that's just how she looks.

  8. Omg it keeps getting worse. Heat bumps? One of my autoimmune diseases causes excessive dryness of all mucus membranes, I.e. mouth, eyes, nose, etc. I have those raised bumps on the very back of my tongue due to that. I have never even heard that as being a "thing" indicative of drug use. What they think they know and are trained in is PSEUDO SCIENCE. Not based in facts at all. Policing in our country has fallen to the lowest of the lows. It angers me to no end.

Also, any Dr could testify to the amount of the drug she had in her system being at a "therapeutic" level vs a high level indicative of abuse. This is ridiculous.

  9. They're taking our pulse now? Seriously? What is heat bump on the tongue? What kind of voodoo is all this?

"I'm worried…not worried because I know i didn't do anything wrong". Yeah, you need to be worried because this cop was taking you to jail the moment he lit you up. There's no scenario that she wasn't getting arrested by this cop. Honesty and cooperation go a long way with him, but not long enough that she wasn't going to jail whether or not

This one's really sad. She seems like one of those genuinely nice people who looks at life through rose colored glasses. The shitty thing is that this probably really messed up the way she looks at the world. But he's ok with that. Cop's an absolute piece of shit

  10. I don't care. I'm on the cop side. Every night I see morons who can't figure out how to turn on their own headlights. You're driving in the dark. An argument could be made that you're almost as big a risk as a drunk driver driving without lights.

If you're not capable of figuring out if you're driving with your headlights or not then maybe you shouldn't be behind the wheel hmm?

Injustice or not this lady is going to think twice and check if her lights are on the next time the sun goes down.

If she had known better, the cop wouldn't have had to know better would he?

No I'm not okay with the cop getting the drug recognition wrong. Not at all. But I'm just pointing out that this lady is no hero. She's a menace. And whether the cop pulled her over for the right thing or the wrong thing, the streets were safer that night because of it.

  11. It makes me so mad they try to ruin people's lives when she clearly is not impaired. I'm glad she fought it and the judge cleared her, but she should have never been arrested in the first place.

  12. In Pennsylvania they will give you a DUI for THC even if not intoxicated, have a STATE ISSUED medical card and haven’t used your medicine in a week. All they have to do is say your eyes are red and they want a blood test. In PA if you refuse a blood test it's automatic DUI. This is policing for a profit they can just sit outside of dispensaries and pull over SOBER people to meet their monthly quota. The law needs to be changed bc if they make recreational use legal it will become an even bigger problem if it isn’t fixed first. Be careful in Pennsylvania even if you don't break the law! I have been alcohol free 4 years, my “DUI” was for THC, had not used THC in 7 days and they making me put a breathalyzer in my car for a year even though it doesn’t detect THC and I’m sober.

  13. Next time a cop asks where you are going, tell them the cartel meeting. I can’t believe these people tell police their whole life story. This lady was obviously not impaired after watching for only 30 seconds!
