  1. Sounds like he got his itty bitty feelings hurt. And as far as opening the door you said there may have been a tint issue but the window is down. Qualified immunity ,The officers don't care if they violate our rights as long as we the citizens are gonna be paying the fines.

  2. Absolute abuse of power he did not refuse to get out he asked a question & the cop jumped the gun on everything – didn't ask him to get out before he opened his door & went nuts on him & had already called for the dog & back up. Didn't see he shaking wildly at all – Cop BS this whole stop. The lies told by this cop are despicable – he literally lied from the start & nothing he did was as he said.

  3. 1st, you want to know what the common person thinks and it's because their will be what's on the jury. 2nd, that cop was in retaliation mode because he asked if he had any drugs. 3rd, from that point everything that officer did was unlawful. Period.

  4. Yep, get the paperwork started. If you have the balls to lie to your supervisor and have to structure your report so it looks good for you…..all while wearing a body cam that will contradict it, you do not belong in law enforcement.
