When we have video proof that cops committed criminal acts, and then their department puts out an official statement that everything they did was within policy, they prove the entire department is rotten to the core.
Also, any department that uses "changing or updating policies" as a means of correcting cop behavior; they know full well that cops will pick and choose which policies to follow without consequence. And that's if those policies aren't already illegal AF.
