Plate readers. Aren't things of the future. Massachusetts has had them on on the highways for years now, unless they rolled them back. I haven been there for 7 yrs now and the had started putting them on light poles to run all plates and make sure that insurance was current. If not, they mailed out tickets.

Walmart was across the street from where he was at. This should've been over in ten seconds by just politely asking him to move into their parking lot instead.
I think that it was more of a dull-witted blank stare than a 1,00 yd. stare, but Travis held his ground and sent that donkey packing.

It’s important for these videos to be broadcast on YouTube. These videos put “pressure” against politicians and authorities and make them look ridiculous. Or worse.
Sometimes they end up in a lawsuit and settlement. Sometimes not.
