This mitch definitely needed to be fired
I know we all see an officer drawing down on a innocent person but the captain did admit that this woman didn't follow policy. And even tho it happened it seems to admit that the c.o. in charge did seem to admit to wrongdoings. If that video hadn't been as popular as it was, it probably wouldn't have ended like that. Just another reason to videotape every interaction with police.

Glad she was fired. This was insane and it's even more insane that we've allowed things to get this bad in the first place. She did this without reservation, on camera and with no worry of any kin that she was committing a crime and/or would be punished for it. I've had cops point guns on me twice when I was not committing a crime and was not even accused of a crime. One time I was just taking a piss behind a building and another time I was just walking in the woods. (I have no record and that wouldn't have mattered anyways. They didn't know who I was when they pointed their guns at me). Cops need to be put in their place. It's insane that they can be so quick to point guns at people, when the rest of us would go to prison for doing precisely the same thing. She's literally on a call about a man "brandishing" a gun (not even drawn or pointed)… and then she shows up and does something so many times worse. (…Yet has no fear of getting into any trouble at all… and Then arrests him). THAT is how demented and cowardly we have become as a nation.
