  1. This is proof that their "investigations" are total bs. He's supposedly under investigation for this same thing and he doesn't even care enough not to repeat the same thing. The guy should've kept calling him names because the cop is just a couple words away from tasing or beating him into a fat settlement check.

  2. I wonder if you take into consideration how often these situations turn up corruption if we should change the way we do everything where the government is considered.

  3. Police are not there to “help people”. The officer just needed to reinforce that he is there to uphold the Law and Constitution, not to help people. So long as the homeless people are not breaking the law, the officer is not required to do anything for them. The man was trying to get a reaction and got it. The officer wasted tax payers money by wasting his time doing false arrests. The officer needs to know the law and his job requirements, which appear lacking.

  4. Well. He was right. That cop surely is a dumb ass. I hope this guy sue them. Because Phoenix pd is throwing money up and down. If they had to pay out of their pocket they would not get themselves in trouble so often I hope he gets fired

  5. Having the "right" to do something doesn't mean that it is the "right" thing to do…

This guy walked up full of sarcasm with the obvious intent of harassing them personally for a social problem…
Seems to me the more people know about their "rights" the stupider choices they make.
They have "the right to remain silent" and they just won't do it..
He got arrested because he approached police voluntarily … Everything after that is his own doing… He was there to instigate…
Okay, you can certainly say officers are supposed to be trained on not letting someone egg them on…
but this guy??? They didn't pull him over and harass him… He walked up to them and harassed them and would have continued for as long as he could get away with it…
I'm not a lawyer, but I know what's right, and this guy got what was coming to him, tied up in the court system for being stupid…
He wouldn't do this to anyone else… he wasn't "concerned" about people suffering in the heat… He was using the suffering of people as a tool for his own egotistical purposed… This man has no respect for life, how could he have any respect for authority…

  6. You would think along with an education there needs to be a psych evaluation to carry a gun while being involved in law enforcement…….obviously neither is.
Rare to find an officer with a maturity level above a 12 year old.

  7. Remember when?………."to protect and serve" ??!!!
Haven't even seen a car with that written on it in quite a while…..says all you need to know.
They have absolutely no intention of protecting or serving anything but their criminal behavior .

  8. I get really violent feelings towards these cops when i watch these videos. And they wonder why people feel feathers when one of them dies. They are a bunch of egotistical no brained dimwits. Prosecutors fall under the same category. These dimwits in uniform are the criminals!!! It is such a pity that their charges and sentences are peanuts compared to what citizens receive.

  9. You stoped me in middle of my work🤣🤣
Well his citizen and you are public servant if someone stops you your job is to stop and ask what can you do for him to help 🤣🤣🤣
