  1. So to clarifyโ€ฆSolicitation of a trespass would be interjecting the govt. to impede speech if they want to trespass because of a protected activityโ€ฆbut then
it is not illegal to solicit if youโ€™re not engaged in a protected activity??

  2. Where did you get this? I typed in every word you said into google and what came up said something different and didnโ€™t mention soliciting a trespass.

Police officer soliciting a trespass is NOTillegal !!! there is NO law which states it is illegal… deletelaws is an ex-convict hell bent on harassing, insulting police in the most vile ways possible , he has no problem approaching 6/7 yr old girls on the street with thier parents and telling them when they get older the police will ******them ,,,

He is a liar and cannot be trusted…

  3. Did Joe Pesci just solicit a trespass while you were engaged in a Constitutionally protected activity (assuming this is a public library?) If so, I think he's the one that needs to contact the legal department because that's illegal

  4. The problem is, we know the cops almost never get charge for their crimes. If they are not. You a detailed you in a rush to incarcerate you invite your way to my car law and order possession of a firearm up committing the crime, theyโ€™re never gonna get charged for any of these. Itโ€™s the rare case they do.

  5. Our rights don't come from any god. They come from the people. If there is a god, they have no say in what rights we have. The closer you get to religion, the farther away you get from the Constitution. For example, the 1st Amendment is in direct contradiction with the first Commandment (of Christianity).

We've had Religious Freedom for longer than just the past 100 years. It's closer to 235 years.

  6. Thanks for what you do ….we need more people like you ! Our constitutional right's are being taken by tyrants daily…because of you I have used a few things ,and cop's left me alone ,simply walked away ! They knew I was using my constitutional right's..people wake up..this is for the good of all people..never answer questions to a cop…they are only shopping at your expense…๐Ÿค

  7. You are not an attorney and yes. your are incorrect. Your trepassing monologue has zero cites. It isn't case law, state statutes but merely a curbside view of the applicability of 1983. You saying it's "clearly illegal" doesn't make it illegal. Futhermore, you don't decide legality in any way, the court does. Virgina law "ยง 19.2-266. Exclusion of persons from trial; photographs and broadcasting permitted under designated guidelines; exceptions. In the trial of all criminal cases, whether the same be felony or misdemeanor cases, the court may, in its discretion, exclude from the trial any persons whose presence would impair the conduct of a fair trial, provided that the right of the accused to a public trial shall not be violated. A court may solely in its discretion permit the taking of photographs in the courtroom during the progress of judicial proceedings….."

  8. Do police have the right to go into a building in a response call and then ask the building manager to trespass said individual. The 1st response of the manager was "NO" then thought about it and said yes. So is this a solicit of trespass. May I add that this individual was not breaking any laws at the time.

  9. It is not against the law for an officer to ask a question. Listening to you, it is clear you are not giving a clear, unbiased interpretation of the law. If you're going to site court cases, then read the entire ruling, including if later it was overturned . Be honest.

  10. Stand your fucken ground. You should have told her that it's a federal protected activity and soliciting a trespass while someone is exercising there rights to film a police officer on duty is subject to discipline or financial compensation

  11. Did you write this stuff yourself? Where did you get this? I typed in every word you said verbatim into google and what came up said something different and didnโ€™t mention soliciting a trespass.

  12. Religious freedom? Poor persecuted christians.Dude, you really goin there?History will show you our founding fathers could see that a healthy and just society is a secular one.And lets not forget the goddam inquisition.Christians would kill anybody they wanted to back when nonsense religion was strong..

๐Ÿ”บCherokee County man shot by police releases surveillance video from night of the shooting

    ๐Ÿ”บWLOS News๐Ÿ”บ1/25/2023

๐Ÿ”บSurveillance footage from inside the home of a Murphy, North Carolina, man provides an inside look at a December raid that left the homeowner shot multiple times.

๐Ÿ”บOn December 13, 2022, Jason Harley Kloepfer, 41, was reportedly shot several times by members of the Cherokee Indian Police SWAT Team. The incident was first reported by the Cherokee County Sheriffโ€™s Office in a press release posted to social media later that day. In the post, authorities said on Monday, Dec. 12, a 911 call had alerted authorities to a disturbance with several gunshots at a residence on Upper Bear Paw Road.

๐Ÿ”บAccording to the press release, โ€œRecognizing there was an armed suspect present and the potential for a hostage situation, Cherokee County Sheriffโ€™s Office obtained a search warrant and requested assistance from the Cherokee Indian Police Department SWAT Team.โ€

The press release says the โ€œsuspected shooter engaged in a verbal altercation with officers and emerged from a camper trailer and confronted officers. Members of the Cherokee Indian Police SWAT Team fired upon the suspect and wounded him.โ€

๐Ÿ”บThe surveillance footage released by Kloepfer appears to show a conflicting account of the event.

The video shows footage, from inside the camper, of authorities placing a robotic camera inside the camper. The footage then shows Kloepfer and his wife awake to find the camera, pick it up and go to open the door.

๐Ÿ”บSeconds later, officers fired several rounds at Kloepfer, who fell to the ground.

The video shows Kloepferโ€™s wife obeying orders to come out of the camper before SWAT Team members rush inside with guns drawn while Kloepfer is on the ground with his hands up.

In the surveillance footage, Kloepfer makes the claim that he is a โ€œdisabled man who was unarmed and complying with the commands of law enforcement officers when he was shot.โ€

Kloepfer was taken to the hospital to be treated for his wounds before being charged with communicating threats and resisting, obstruction and delay.

๐Ÿ”บIn a statement posted to his Facebook page on Friday, Jan. 20, 2023, Kloepfer says,

"I am physically doing better, mentally me an Ali ain't so good on this one. We are out of state for fear of our lives since I got out the hospital. I can't talk to much about details right now as this is major major case still evolving. But like I said 5 weeks ago, trust me the news is completely wrong and so are my charges. I will be reaching out to everyone over next week or so. This has been and still is a horrible nightmare we are trying to get thru. We will make it thru!

๐Ÿ”บThe State Bureau of Investigations has opened an investigation into the shooting."

Kloepfer is scheduled to be in court on March 9 where will likely be responding to the 911 call that triggered the police response.

  15. This would apply to Jan 6, then. Capital Police opened doors & waved people inside the lines and buildings, while they were 1A: assembling and speaking, voicing their dissent with the โ€œNov 3 ballot stealsโ€ in their opinions.

  16. This is for everyone of you who thinks/believes Chille is "Spot ON", or is "Spreading the Good Word", or "Doing the Good Work" or whatever else you think/believe.
Chille DeCastro is WRONG, on everything!!
You can be trespassed from any locale. It doesn't matter if it's privately owned or owned by Local, State or Fed Govts. If you are no longer wanted on said property, and have been asked to leave and you don't, you can be trespassed. If you are causing a disruption you can be trespassed. And it doesn't matter what activity you are doing.
As for filming in Court, NO WAY. The Supreme Court allows ACCESS, that's it. Access by definition means "permission, liberty, or ability to enter" (Webster Dictionary).
You are guaranteed access to enter, listen and watch Court proceedings, that's all. It does not guarantee filming/recording events.
And Chille ALWAYS FORGETS to mention the 10th Amendment, which gives the States The Right to implement Laws, Statutes/Policies that are not covered under the Constitution. For example the Right to Travel. You can travel in any way you are able except under certain conditions i.e. the States requiring a license and insurance to operate a motor vehicle on public roads.
Please don't listen to people like Chille De Castro or people like him. They will only lead you down the path of heartache and ruin!!!!
